Our mission and vision

The main purpose of Slovenian Association of Palliative and Hospic Care is professional development and promotion of palliative care among professional and general population.

Slovenian Association of Palliative and Hospic Care  takes care of planned and harmonized professional education in the field of palliative care. It supports and enables the publishing of professional and non-professional literature in Slovenian and other foreign languages in the field of palliative medicine. It is also working together with other authorized organs to design a healthcare grid in the field of pallitive medicine.

Slovenian Association of Palliative and Hospic Care  also participate in international organisations such as: European Association of Palliative Care we are its equal member from 2016. Members have the opportunity of a lower entrance fee for EAPC events, but they must register  in EAPC database before as a »Collective members« and they must choose the Association to whom they belong on the link: www.eapcnet.eu
